With a deep reverence for tradition and a flair for innovation, Chef Sarvesh Sureshchandra Patankar brings the vibrant flavors of India to the heart of Bombay Cancun. Born and raised in Mumbai, the culinary capital of India, he began his journey immersed in the city’s rich tapestry of spices, aromas, and diverse cuisines. A graduate in hospitality management, Chef Sarvesh blends academic precision with heartfelt artistry in every dish he crafts.
His greatest inspirations stem from his mother and grandmother, whose love and devotion to cooking instilled in him a lifelong passion for sharing the essence of Indian culture through food. Today, he channels those roots into refined, contemporary creations that celebrate authenticity while embracing global palates. Chef Sarvesh’s culinary philosophy is simple yet profound—honor the ingredients, respect the heritage, and serve with soul.
